Deliveries normally arrive on workdays (Mon.- Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive packages on workdays. It's best to keep your phone turned on during estimated time of arrival, because shipping company may contact you via phone.

2.The shipping service we use requires to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we ship to your shipping address and you have a signature on file, we do not take responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.
